Well, it is either buy another barrel to complete another rack or sell off the 4 extra barrels of Dunes $20. I have. I also have one barrel of Dunes $5 chips. All chips have sharp edges.

Prices as follows:

$5's - $108 shipped CONUS(1 barrel available) Sold
$20's - $165 per barrel shipped CONUS(2 barrels available)
I will ship international if buyer pays the difference
Payment by PP F&F

I am also willing to trade for other Nevada chips!

Thank you for looking!

so tempting - I'm wracking my brain trying to figure out what I could do with the $5's

That's not how this works. You buy them...wait to get them....unwrap them like a child on Christmas morning...Then 2 weeks later you try and figure out what to do with them. Well that's how I do it anyway.

I’d love to build a set for a 5 cent/ 10 cent game where the dunes baccarat $5’s were the big chip. Problem is, I already have a Paulson fan of cards set that fills that role.
A heads up tournament set with all dunes baccarat chips is doable, because you could do it with just three denominations. Or I suppose you could even top it off with a handful of $500’s - they’re not stupid stupid expensive. But I never play tournament style heads up. Maybe I should.

Yeah thats what I do. My group plays 20 NL so I just have 40 of the Dunes Bacca 5's as the high denom chip at the table. It is probably my favourite chip of all time... at least right now.

Seriously though you don't need a reason to own a barrel of these. They are so sick.

So I have 2 of the 5's on my table here right now and I just noticed something weird. Three of the four inlays have a hologram effect on the green and one is flat. And 2/4 have the effect on sun as well. I just looked it up and it's called lenticular printing, it's that thing that would be on bookmarks and gift shop stuff where the image moves when you tilt it.

Not really sure right now if this was intended with these chips or not or if it happens accidentally with the dot coloration after the inlay is pressed.

Regardless this is a tough call to shoot on these or deal with possible regret. Ugh have to think. How many of everyone's have the lenticular effect?

Definitely never noticed it on the $20's. I don't suppose its something you could photograph?

Not sure that it is lenticular printing. I am thinking it is more textured inlay. I am not aware of Paulson doing any lenticular printing but I could be wrong.

Yep it came out. I'm thinking this was an unintended effect of the texture inlay over dot coloration which wears away from use/shuffling. Look at the green and sun on the left compared to the more worn chip on the right. The inlay texture is definitely causing the effect.

Condition of 20's??
They all have sharp edges and appear a little dirty from storage which is usual for these chips. I picture these chips as being in a dark dusty storage unit somewhere.I prefer not to clean and oil chips that are not staying here. oI have found that sme people like them cleaned and oiled and some do not. If you need any pics I can send them to you

I will do one small price drop for one week. If there are no takers then they will go back to the chip cabinet with their siblings
