A recent thread (here) motivated me to acquire some Dunes chips to go with my Scandia and Joker's Wild chips. I can't wait to get this set into action. Looking forward to using the oversize $20 and $100.

I've never used oversized chips before. Is it weird having it mixed in with regular sized chips? Nice set. Nothing negative to say for sure. That quarter and 1 dollar chip are fantastic.

If by weird you mean awesome. The oversized chips are kinda like plaques. Just used for the large denoms. When one of them is bet, it's tossed out there with a thud and the room goes silent.

The only other time I used an oversized chip was when I had my PCA set and I had oversized 25s. No edgespots, just a drab green and an enormous inlay. Still fun none the less.

I like to shuffle different denominations. Can't do that with over sized chip's I'm guessing. Weird comment isn't bad, just different. ...

Sorry if I'm not making sense. I'll blame it on lack of sleep this time

That's a great looking set! Love those Joker's quarters. Dibs if you ever decide to sell them :)
As for oversized chips---I LOVE them :) Very nicely done, Shaggy!

I totally get what you're saying. I knew the weird comment wasn't bad. I first learned about oversize chips way back when WSOP added the 500k 8V oversize chip. That just seemed way cool. I view these cash chips the same... like BLAM! when someone places a bet with one. Typically players will just have one or two, so there won't be too much shuffling with them.

You can have dibs on the quarters... but I'm never selling them:). They have too much utility. I can use them with any set that doesn't have a frac... any TH&C set that is... even house mold in this case I guess.
