Anyone have any info on these? I wanna get a chip tray like this and install it in an old table I have for holding my cash chips on a game night. I'd prefer one with a lock but how hard would it be to install a lock on this one? I'm not set on this one is if anyone has other options I'm game. I just like the brass color

I think you could use a cam lock and install it pretty easily. Not sure what the mounting surface/lock area looks like inside, but these are pretty universal.

Around $5 at lowes. I bet you could find a brass colored or matte black one too.

How many chips do you figure a try like this would hold?

I figure 12 rows x 50 chips being organized with a couple of plastic spacers? So 600 chips?

That would be perfect. I'll have to think on it maybe look at different options.

Those accept a cam lock pretty easily. You should get it in hand first to determine how long the lock needs to be.

I've got 7 if these that came with my copas. I plan on having them powder coated. Not sure what color yet, but I'm thinking maybe black. Once they are done im going to fill them up back with leaded paulsons.

Mine hold 60 per row easily with spacers so 720+ chips

Actually the color is a little different but it is like a roughed up brass. They hold 600 chips nicely with spacers. Prob holds more if you jam them in there.

Same here, I still have a bunch from a local casino auction. Mine are gold and 15 row. Not in a good of condition as the one in the OP
