eBay seller is ecomhybrid. https://www.ebay.com/usr/ecomhybrid?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2754

I came across a listing on eBay for the ESPN table for $155. Although the ad was a little ambiguous in spots, it included "ESPN", "10 cupholders", "LED lights", and all the pictures of the ESPN table. I suppose I should have known better. I placed the order on March 30. I checked in on shipping yesterday (Apr. 1), and the description and picture had changed, but the listing was still confusing. I tried to cancel the order, but it had already shipped. Today, the picture had changed again.

The table arrived, and it's obviously the smaller 6-player table with the gray felt. I started a return, so we'll see how this goes. I'll give updates on resolution of this issue as it comes.

Here are some screenshots of the original email I received after the purchase, plus some of the updated listings.

Sorry to hear, that really stinks. Unless they either let you keep it for free or pay for return postage (and pickup) I would fight it out via eBay. They have really good customer support and usually favor the buyer in claims like this. Given the clear deception I don't see how they wouldn't rule in your favor to get all your money back and still be able to keep the product sent.

It would probably be less hassle just let me keep it, which would be ok. Could be a nice little table for small games. But I'll be happy to get my money back.

I suspect you have a free-roll situation, given that you are willing to keep what you received vs getting what you paid for.

Making a claim is pretty fast. Though I recommend making a direct demand from the vendor first, as that will lay the groundwork for the eBay claim. Decide if you want a discount, specific performance or whatever - ask for it and see what happens.

The vendor isn't exactly reputable by eBay standards, so I doubt they bend over backwards like a 99.5+ positive vendor might. But I would expect eBay to render some judgement in your favor.

Update:

While the communicating with the seller was a little frustrating, I did receive my full refund today, so that's good news.
