hmm...these look to be injection molded (plastic?) ones. (I have some of the hat mold type at home myself). The small circles on the outer rim of the white chip, and red chip (in the hat mold itself) are the give away. I do not see the little circles on the yellow chip, but it's probably the same type. The ones I have are very light weight, but they have sort of a ceramic chip feel and sound to them. The chips I have also fade when cleaned, and darken up when oiled, so they are a different type of material than what dice chips are made of.

Agree since I have the hat-but-no-cane plastic injection mold chips in a few colours (red and blue and probably more)...but I've never seen the other mold types, though I do see the small plastic circle on one. Could these be two different sets mixed in one box?They are still plastic, wherever they came from.
