@triton spotted this defect on my 2.0 4-color set up so I contacted them for a possible replacement or discount vs a future set up. We talked via email for a few messages and it came down to the fact that I couldn't produce my original order # from a couple of years ago so they inferred I was out of luck. My response was I bought it directly thru your website, don't YOU have a record of my order #?
Haven't heard back since. At least a week has past so I'm guessing I'm out of luck.
