Have you ever browsed eBay, with no intention to purchase or get involved, but then you see something you missed previously and say "Aw f&#*" because now you are about to get involved?

Yeah that was me last week.

I limited my involvement though. I picked a number for the one I saw, put it in 3-4 days ahead of time, then didn't check it until it was over. Wouldn't you know it, I won anyway.

My top price was not very far beyond the sale price. I bid once, 4 days before the end of the auction, and said screw it. I know the $500 from that casino is about a $50 single, so I based my bid on that.
