Hi everyone, first time logging back in after about a year or so hiatus.
After my career did not take the turn I expected last year in the spring time, I slid into a break in the chipping hobby. It seemingly wasn't even a conscious decision. On one hand I was devoting more time into improving my life situation, and on the other hand I was driven into a mild depression and lost sight of many of the things I enjoyed at the time. Coincidentally, my home game fell apart soon after, for reasons not entirely which I was responsible; perhaps stories for another day.
But anyway...
Things now have improved and my home game once again has some breath of life in it. I've been wanting to log in for a few weeks now but have finally made the step this night. I dipped into the shallow end by making an eBay purchase or two, but I always knew returning to the forum was inevitable and eventually I must quit my procrastinating.
I must apologize for abandoning such a warm and welcoming community for any amount of time, so for that I am sorry. And thanks to the members who sent messages of concern during my absence. I have some amount of catching up to do and I look forward to doing just that in the future.
Thanks for always being such an amazing community, PCF, and I would be glad to again be a part of it!
