I have gotten frustrated attempting to harvest Paris $1s for my mixed set and have decided to go for Flamingo’s instead.

Looking for 2-3 racks in excellent condition and will pay up to $160/rack depending on condition.

Yes, they won’t give out more than a few ones at the cage at a time. I think maybe I need to start playing craps and go from table to table. Any tips would be appreciated.

Go play the wheel game. You can buy in for $40-$50 and get all $1 chips. Play and sort off the best conditioned ones and then keep getting more if you run low, or just walk off with the nice ones.

I was getting 5-10 new ones at a time at the cage, offering a tip, though it didn't always work.

Also ask the roulette and craps tables for 10-20 at a time without even playing. I was also successful in swapping $5 chips at random tables and asking them to get me 5 $1s in nice condition. Most dealers at an empty table will oblige, as they aren't doing anything anyway. I got almost 300 chips all up, about 130 mint or almost mint with relative ease.

Also play Asia pai gow at paris. Last table on the right. Caucasian with blond hair will let you sort and take ones at the table. 25/hand table though.

Sounds like maybe I’ll be playing at Paris the next couple of days. I was trying to avoid spending a lot of time there, but I think you have given me some good tips in addition to asking the cage.
