Likely because the denominations are scarce or more difficult to find than other denoms

The purples I got so I could use them as another frac (.25, .10, or .05), and the blues I got because $1s have been very hard to find. Since I already had two racks of $1s, adding a rack of non-denom blues mixes in just fine.
