Howdy Friends,

I'm consider harvesting a few of these chips for a small cash set.

Does anyone have any idea what options I have for fracs? These are giant overlays. I'd be willing to overlabel other giant inlay RHCs if that's possible. Or just use a regular RHC chip and overlabel with a custom design, I'm sure I can whip up something.

I'd hope across the border and use MGM chips otherwise but I'm in Canada and folks might get the bright idea to not cash in the chips at the end of the night 'for arbitrage'.

I don’t know how an overlabel would work since there isn’t a recess? Might be a bit more obvious with the edge of the label. I don’t think I’d attempt that tbh. There might be someone who’s been successful but can’t remember seeing an example.

A normal RHC relabel or hot stamp as the lizard suggested would probably be the much easier way.

Its my assumption that Paulson went to these giant inlays to prevent milling without ruining the mold, therefore preventing some harvesting.

Is it true?

No, more likely larger area for printing / marketing.

They almost hope we harvest bc it’s profitable for them.

Entire point of limited edition chips…

This hit me the other day that all the nicest Boxing/Vegas shows/whatever chips are on the $5s not the $1s for this reason. This is probably obvious to most but I've got a slow processor lol.

I had the same thought but I thought they would sell the "big inlay" as a feature. "This chip costs X% more but you'll loose 3x% less of them to harvesting."

If they want to maximize profits, they would make their $25 chips the flashiest thing you'd ever see.
