If you've ever wanted a set of chips from the casino on the cruise ship Costa Concordia, you're in luck. You just need to swim out to where it's moored off the coast of Genoa Italy, harvest all you want, then drag them back to shore. Not sure if there are any pesky laws that might get in the way, but hey, chips!
