I'm hoping this will find its way around to other new joiners on PCF once you're done sampling the chips.

Id be inclined to exclude all CONUS based newbies to give internationals a chance to get excited about a hobby that is predominantly CONUS based especially since they dont generally have the burden of international shipping when getting started.
