I am looking into getting one of those large dealer buttons w/ my custom design in it. Options are 2" versus 3.18" and glass versuse acrylic.

Mostly wondering if there are any pros/cons of glass or acrylic and which is preferable. My initial inclination is to order the glass one, but wanted to hear any reviews from folks who have had both as to the pros/cons of same (and also on the size---leaning towards the bigger one or maybe both).

Example of the type of button I am talking about:

I'm not sure if this is glass or just a super heavy thermoplastic that weighs more than 2x of a 80mm Justin button.

I love the feel & I wish all of my 80mm weighed this much. It doesn't slide the same because of its weight so the likelihood of it breaking on accident go way down. I've had mine for almost 10 years with no issues.

If you've found a manufacturer that will make glass buttons of this design PLEASE CONTACT ME as I will want to have some prodiced.

Will do. FYI--that is a pokerstars button. They have some similar in their store but smaller diameter.

If it helps, I dropped one my acrylic buttons on a hard floor last night and it survived unscathed...glass wouldn't do that, it would be cool and tactile but not worth it IMO.
