This is (to the best of my knowledge) a "Katrina" set - meaning the chips were salvaged after Hurricane Katrina. The breakdown is unusual but would make a good tournament set.
The set is short of T100s and I will include an additional 125 BCC black T100 hotstamps. The chips have some color variation as seen in the photos and the T5000s have what I presume are rust stains.

Breakdown:
25 x T1
32 x T2.5
178 x T5
300 x T25
72 x T100 (plus 125 BCC as above)
238 x T500
152 x T1000
60 x T5000

1057 total chips by my math, not counting the BCCs.
