I know from experience 
If I do keep them I will not relabel them. I like them for the weird denom and the fact they are from a Casino in Lithuania. I think they could be used for a limit or dealers choice games.
They are a slugged chip made by Kart. Kart is a chip manufacturer in Russia. Close to the S7 BJ chip but not as soft of a feel. They stack fine and are not a slippery as I would have thought.
There is a large enough recess for a one of Gears labels.
