Wanted Grand Victoria Secondary cash (1 Viewer)

I have a set of the secondary higher denoms starting at hundo's, which I love. They are a great contrast to my other chips which are all bright and colorful. The GV's to me are pure class. I'd like to get a small cash set just to have a complete collection of all the denoms.

I'm looking for:

2 racks of 1's
1 rack of snappers
3 racks of 5's
2 racks of 25's

All chips must be secondary's in mint or near mint condition. Near mint to me is basically almost unplayed. I haven't searched how much they go for but I remember it's around $1.75-3 a chip or so depending on the denom.

I saw a lot of your old pics on these...

Although I'm not a veteran chipper by any means I've had a lot of sets/chips here to start nailing down my priorities. For me mint RHC's are completely fine, since I also do have THC's. These GV's in person just exude class to me, at least the upper denoms (haven't seen lower denoms yet in person). I love those aluminum flakes. The weight is also really nice. They are basically a really nice contrast to brighter and more modern designs.

The chips are rally nice, with great spot patterns, and mint RHCs nearly always > bicycle tire/super used THC. Good luck with your search.

Just fwiw, there are no security flakes in chips under $25 denomination. The $5 chips and snappers are nice, but the $1s are sorta lackluster.

The $25s and (especially) the $500s are the stars of this set. The green-spotted hundo (plus the mold, plus the oversize photo inlays, yada yada) ruined it for me.

Cool thanks for the heads up. Yeah I kinda thought this through. For the inlays, I was hesitant at first but after I got them and played with them with big stacks in front of me, I loved them. It’s like staring you know, into a sunset.

I remembered what you said about the green edge mark on the hundo... and for me, it’s absolutely brilliant. I don’t get much green in any of my sets (cuz I’m always playing with 100’s, 500’s, 1000’s, 5000’s) so these were a big plus for me.

The 25’s - yes I love the pics... have yet to get any... but hopefully soon.

So I figure I’d round out the GV secondary set with a small cash set just to have all the denoms... it’s not something I’ll really put into play. It’s more for hoard pron.

You might want to consider an Oak Tree set in that case. Black 8V hundo with green and orange spots.

Working on my GV Secondary set as well...trying to round out 2k chips. So far, 400 1s, 100 snappers, 480 5s, 580 25s and a rack of hundos, plus a few randoms. What I really need are a few barrels of 500s and a barrel of 1ks. Thought about adding some sort of quarter for a low limit cash game, but I would be just as happy at adding the high vals and some more 1s and 5s... I love these chips as a set!

I hope you find your set first! Then I will work on scratching mine out! I don't want to snake anything out from under you!
