So I received 3 boxes of chips from @Potsie1 and thought I'd show you a great packing job he did. (Thx bud!)

Instead of just putting 3 100-chip boxes of chips in a MFRB with packing around them, he first put each chip box inside its own padded envelope.

Of course this was then surrounded with packing on all sides to prevent any type of movement.

So to damage or lose any chips, the wall of the MFRB would have to have been ripped open, packing would have probably needed to be lost to allow for movement, the padded envelope would've had to be ripped, and finally the 100-chip box would've had to either take damage or be ripped open.

I thought 1 or 2 pics is more than enough to get the point. I have plenty of old used padded envelopes and will do this next time as well.

I'll add to this. As the recipient of his generous bounty button giveaway I found everything to be more than sufficiently overpacked. No MFRBs needed due to the quantity but there was no chance anything was getting broken. I didn't think to take pictures but I can confirm everything came fully intact with no damage.

Thanks for the kind words. I have always taken great care protecting the chips and never really considered protecting the box itself. I now know the outside box is equally as important. In the future I will continue to pack the insides as pictured above but the mfrb will now be double boxed and every corner edge nook and cranny taped beyond reason.
Again thank you.
