Hello from SoCal,

It's been a very long time since my cash game days with friends and now needed to setup a game or two with new family members and buds to entertain.

I came across your site and found it to be a great chip forum after searching endlessly to find some minty casino clay inlays to add to a personal collection. I am very amazed to see what it now costs to pull a worthy set of Paulson's together vs many years ago when they could be had for a dollar or less each when buying in qty sets. It has doubled and tripled if not more.... The lost time time and interests now creates the need for deeper pockets...

I have had success with Josh@Apache and he has been great to help jump start my collection, but need to find to find the energy to keep searching for that single rack or barrel....

Thanks @CdnBeerLover. I was able to grab a set of minty Grand Vic's. Problem now is that they are probably too nice to want to use them for any normal play...

Put them in play man. All chips need to be considered playable IMHO.

Need to play the chips!!! If it's a set they will love you if you let them see the felt.

Well everyone was right and the new Paulson set went into play and I now find the need to build another cash set to rotate them in and out, as they feel so much better than the old china clays we were use to playing.... thanks for the tips..
