Trying to figure out what kind of label to use, I had the Pat’s labels lying around so giving it go, any thoughts?

Is this for the H- Mold or the Pat's design specifically. I'm not sold on the Pat's labels still kicking around ideas.

I think mostly because it's a solid chip (with 1" inlay diameter?). Nothing wrong with the inlay art.
