Wanted Harold's club 500s (1 Viewer)

Looking for some Harold's club 500 dollar chips.

I saw that a complete rack sold on eBay a little over a month ago so I know there are some out there. I have acquired a couple singles and would really like to get a barrel or two.

Please let me know if you have some you would like to sell. Even singles.

I know they arnt cheap. I have bought a couple singles on eBay for between 15 and 20 dollars shipped....... I'd like to be at that price point or maybe a little less if buying in quantity.

They are awsome man...... there was a rack that sold for 1500 OBO in June and a 10 chip lot shortly after from the same seller...... I wonder who got them..... even if they dont want to sell any I'd love to see some more pics. Lol

I have messaged the eBay seller, but no response yet.

I bought one from the seller when they came out (not for sale) and messaged him about how he came about them. His response:

Hi, found them at an estate sale.

The guy mention his family owned the Harold club when it was open.

He said this was all there was.

I can’t help on the (awesome) chips, but you should read Harold Smith's autobiography "I Want to Quit Winners." Amazing (true?) stories of Reno from the golden era.

I found a couple threads about these auctions over on the chip board. I'm thinking someone over there probably bought the rack and plans to sell them as singles. Which is super lame.....lol

Maybe someone with some contacts over there could figure out who bought the rack?

I cant even really figure out how to use that fourm. Lol

Good luck - I've never seen singles sell for less than $25, usually closer to $40.

I bought 2 of them in the last 2 days.

1 for 15 dollars shipped and one for 25 shipped.

I'd probably pay 15 each for a barrel or two. Maybe a bit more.

I was thinking there might be a few more out there considering the 110ish that recently sold.

There is a guy on eBay that has 7 available for 45 each..... I wouldn't pay that much.

I payed $20 shipped for mine. Saw one for $15 shipped the other day. I thought that maybe I had overpaid now LOL
