@Carnth has convinced me my prior offer of $11/chip may have been low despite these chips selling for $9.40 in the original sale. Offer to buy increased to $300/barrel ($15/chip).

I hosted a game this last weekend and we played 1/1000 (where $1000 chip = $1). And I used all of the 5K chips... except those last three barrels.
