I'm Aaron. I'm new here and I am and have been a casino dealer for over twenty years. I love the game of poker and LOVE Paulson chips. I enjoy this site and would like to be more involved, but there are some things I don't know. If someone can explain what *bump* is? Also, it seems fairly common for people selling chips that have been relabeled. Are the labels easily removed? Thanks for your time.

Aaron

Welcome! A bump is just a placeholder post to get the thread higher on the forum contents list.

Hello and welcome. Bump is just a way to get your post "bumped" back to the top, by the way you could say anything, any new post puts your post back on top -- I questioned the samething. I'll leave the relabeling question to others, I have mine done by @Gear

Hello and welcome to the group I've just recently 'bumped' one of my old posts in the classifieds. Take care

Hello and welcome.

Most paulson labels are not easy to remove, but it can be done by pretty much anyone with patience and an exacto knife. I have not done it myself, but I know it would take alot of work and alot of time to do full inlay replacements on a big set of chips. Alot of people also label over the original inlays. Much easier and quicker and also easily removable.

I've been thinking about doing inlay replacements on one of my sets, but just havent been willing to put in the time to do it.

I think If I did a semi custom set though I would do the full replacement rather than label over. The labels look good, but the full replacements look awsome.

Oh no, separate issues. Paulson inlays are imbedded, I wouldn't dig into that. It just seems like there's a LOT of relabelling.
