Just curious, when you say you play .25/.25, but you play with Korean won, do you buy in for, say, 240,000 won and get $20 in chips? Or do you play with won, and the blinds at 300/300?
 
Cool! Welcome! Take your time, it's very easy to get super excited and buy a lot, but being outside the US will get costly on shipping.

I am currently looking for Aurora Stars but it costs too much. Need to host more home game to fund that I guess

Sorry for confusing, we are playing with won and the blinds are 250 KRW/250 KRW which is about 20 cents.
So not exactly 25c/25c game, more close to 20c/20c game.

I ordered royal CC samples from apachepoker and it will arrive today. Really excited to see them.
But will it be wiser to buy AS instead, which is currently my dream set, cause it can last longer?

I think given your game uses KRW to look into a set of CPCs where you can customize the denominations. It’s tough to get Paulsons here that will have enough high denoms for you.

Of course if you like AS (sick chips) you can also relabel anything.

None of us know what you can afford it what you like. One of those options is a battery operated jeep and one is the real thing. Some people here change chip sets as much as they do their underwear. If you think you can go straight to the real deal and be satisfied and can afford it. By all means do that.

I probably would have had more fun if I didn't have to leave my 9 month old baby girl for a year. The food was amazing. Beer was cheap, the parties..........whew.......
 
Hopefully you have a US shipping address to ship for AS set. His add says "Continental US (and Canada) only"
