Hi all. I stumbled across this forum as I was trying to date and value some old chips a friend of mine found in the basement of a house he bought. What an amazing website. Probably the worst thing I could have possibly found for my own wallet!

I've been in Cbus for about 20 years now. Currently live just north of the City in the Polaris areas. Also lived in on the East Side, just a hop and a skip from CMH, and in Hillard.

I was able to date the chips at 1920s-30s US Poker Chips Paranoid Inlaid chips (with a U monogram). I was surprised they were so old given their decent condition. I'll post pictures at some point, but I think I might still be too new.

I've tried to post a picture of the chips (just for show, not for sale at this point), but I can't: it gives me a security error. Is there a post count minimum for pics or a size limit? I couldn't find a sticky about that. I also can't seem to post a profile pic, but it just stalls at the end. Any thoughts?

Welcome to PCF.

There is no min post count for uploading images to posts or the gallery. Most likely a file size error. Too big even after the software re-sizes it to the max dimensions. Here is a tool to reduced image sizes without degrading image quality. http://optimizilla.com/
