Hello everybody. Just a middle aged Denver (metro area) resident who’s interested in learning more about chips. I would like to one day order my own custom set, but want to know more about how they’re made, what they’re made of, and what my options are.

I’m partial to ceramics, so brpropoker has been on my radar for a little while, but I feel like the general consensus of the people on this forum is that compressed clay is a superior chip material. I’m hoping to get as informed as possible so I can get the most or of my meager bankroll.

I’m actually not too far from Westminster. The metro area seems to be pushing people out farther and farther away. I’d like eventually to host a home game where I am in Fort Lupton, but the drive can be taxing for most, and I’m still trying to figure out where in my house I would even have a game. Space is at a premium for me.
