Hi. Come on in. Welcome to PCF. Today we'll serve Duck Breast with Dried cherry and Port sauce. We throw also in some
thyme, cold butter, pak choi, garlic and soy sauce. We season it with salt and pepper, naturally. As a side dish, we'll have
some mashed potatoes with parsley.
