hello everyone,
ive stumbled across this site a couple weeks ago. ive been on a poker hiatus for almost 10 years, but prior to that used to host a weekly game. i consider myself lucky yo have purchased a set of 1000 paulson pharoahs for roughly $1 per chip when they were still available to the public. i think this was around 2007 or so. fast forward to now, im getting back into the game and working on recruiting reliable players to get the game going again. ive decided i wanted to put the paulsons on the shelf so i started looking around for new chips. i came across cpc. up until now i have always thought you could not buy actual clay chips anymore unless you were a casino, so this was a great surprise. i ordered a set of customs which should be 4-5 months out. so in the mean time i decided to buy a set of br pro ceramics. after this i realized cpc had stock sets for sale immediately. so i bought a 600 chip rounders set. super nice chips. i think ill probably get one more custom set on order before april...just in case. so i may be looking for an inlay designer on here at some point.
