Hello New guy here living in Midland. I moved up here from Texas about a year ago and have not found a group yet to play poker with. I am hoping to start getting a group together in the near future or joining a group that plays currently. Im a relatively young guy at 26 but have been playing since I was a kid with the family. Now that I have moved farther away it is harder to play. Let me know if any one is in the area!

Yup I am close to you! I live in Shields. But go to Midland often. I have a game here and there, but the guys up here like to stick to the basics for the most part. I end up traveling to play with the SE crew .

You might have some luck looking around Mt Pleasant for a poker group. Hitting up the cash games at Soaring Eagle and asking around might be a good place to start. I also think the 2+2 forums has a mid Michigan thread.
