Help Identifying the manufacturer of my ceramic chips (1 Viewer)

I ordered these custom ceramic chips a couple years ago and I’m needing to order more. I’ve searched every website I can find but I can’t find where I ordered them from. Any help would be appreciated.

I used a template on the website. It was a stock design, I just added in the “Logan Poker Club” and selected the colors and denominations.

I really appreciate the effort trying to help, but that’s not where I got them. Might just have to go with something different. I’ve spent hours searching the net trying to find them.
