I have done some searching and these chips only thing I could find was Al " Jackpot" Johnson reference. Wondering if anyone can confirm. I also have a set that simply reads SID but I haven't yet got photos for here. Thanks for any help. Appreciate it

I am new here and looking for information from you guys if possible. I have around 1,000 clay poker chips and hoping to find history if any. One set are all in box's and they appear to be old. Like 50's-70's? They are monnogramed with AJ on them. I did find one result that was Al "Jackpot" Johnson. It does kind of make since as we live just 3.5 hrs away from Nevada. Does anyone know if these chips may have possibly been his?

Probably the same information as you’ve found. Looks like he was the owner of the Golden Bubble. Chipguide says the Arrowdies are possibly 1940s. Neat chips. Got a few more pictures?
I will post more photos as soon as I get home! Thanks for your reply look forward to showing you.
