Hi everyone,

I'd like some input on these start stacks and blind levels.

I have CPC high value chips and I'd like to use them in a tournament soon.

Starting Stacks = 3Million, for a total of 57 chips and 3 plaques.

5K x 40 = 200000
25K x 12 = 300000
100K x 5 = 500000
500K X 2 = 1000000
1M X 1 = 1000000

Blind Levels

1 5K 5K
2 5K 10K
3 10K 10K
4 10K 20K
5 25K 25K
6 25K 50K
7 50K 100K
8 75K 150K
9 100K 200K
10 125K 250K
11 150K 300K
12 200K 400K
13 300K 600K
14 400K 800K
15 500K 1M

Thanks in advance for your input. Much appreciated!

I have no idea, why your small blinds and big blinds are equal in some rounds.

1-5K/10K
2-10K/20K
3-15K/30K
4-20K/40K
5-25K/50K
6-50K/100K
7-75K/150K
8-100K/200K
9-150K/300K
10-200K/400K
11-250K/500K
12-300K/600K
13-400K/800K
14-500K/1M
15-600K/1.2M
16-800K/1.6M
17-1M/2M

You are probably going to need additional blind levels. Even with just 10 players, I'd add at least two more:
15 500K 1M
16 750K 1.5M
17 1M 2M
18 1.5M 3M

However, I think you can smooth out your structure a bit - it currently ranges from 20% increases to 100% increases. Replacing L3 (10k 10k) with L3 (5K 15K) is a bit better, and the two 100% jump levels are brutal (and unnecessary).

I recommend the following, which keeps all blind increases in the 33%-50% range (41% average):

L1 5,000 5,000
L2 5,000 10,000
L3 5,000 15,000
L4 10,000 20,000
optional break
L5 15,000 30,000
L6 20,000 40,000
L7 30,000 60,000
L8 40,000 80,000
remove T5000 chips
L9 50,000 100,000
L10 75,000 150,000
L11 100,000 200,000
L12 150,000 300,000
optional break
L13 200,000 400,000
L14 300,000 600,000
L15 400,000 800,000
L16 500,000 1,000,000
L17 750,000 1,500,000 ***
remove T25K chips
L18 1,000,000 2,000,000
L19 1,500,000 3,000,000

A single-table tournament should end no later than L17, with roughly 200 total chips in play.

15-minute blinds levels = 4:15 hrs plus break(s)
20-minute blinds levels = 5:40 hrs plus break(s)
25-minute blinds levels = 7:00 hrs plus break(s)

Add or subtract minutes to fine-tune the tournament length to your specific requirements. Nothing wrong with using 21-minute levels to make it run 6 hours, for example.
