Hi all,

I'm currently trying to get rid of some Horseshoe Cincinnati $1s/$5s.

Shipping to CONUS only!

Acrylic racks not included.

Combined shipping available.

Paypal G&S is fine, but there will be a 2.9% fee on top of the selling price.

Will the color on those HS edge spots come back with oil?

I think it would help somewhat. For the ones that actually are faded, most aren’t that bad. There are a few though that are more severe. I’ll get back with you in a pm after work to let you know more information. There have been a couple of inquiries about that.

Bump!

1 rack of Cincy $1s and $5s left.

Price drop to $215 shipped for the rack of motor city quarters.

Price drop to $365 shipped for the Mayfair tournament set!!

Bump

Price reduced on Mayfair tournament set to $350 (shipping included).

1 rack of Cincy $1s and $5s left!

I am also curious if oiling helps the blue? Also, is there any label discolouration? In the pics it looks like maybe there is but could just be the camera.

Just to update - was PM'd pics and the labels don't look discoloured, may be the original pics, my screen or my eyes. :)

Thanks,
Grant

I don't think it will. I had a similar experience with 1 chip, if it's the similar to what the OP experienced. I had a rack or two of used Cincy $1s, and I ran them through the ultrasonic cleaner with a TSP solution a few minutes for each chip, and all of those chips came out fine (no fading), and I rinsed them and laid them out to dry. But when I went to empty the water, (hours later) I found 1 chip stuck to the side of the ultrasonic tank, so this one chip was left submerged in the warm/hot cleaning solution for several hours, and the blue color had faded to a lighter medium blue, which oiling didn't darken. Curiously enough, the lighter/medium blue was a cool looking color, so I thought of doing it to the whole rack, but I never went through the trouble.

Also, is there any label discolouration?
Not that I experienced.
