Beautiful October Fall day here in the Midwest. Watching Jorge Martin and Pecco Bagnaia battle it out for the MotoGp champion standings with a hot cup of coffee and fire going. Running some errands after this to enjoy the day before traveling for work all week. What’s everyone else up to?

Our Sunday tradition is going out to breakfast as a family (wife and three young children, 5,3, and 2), driving around a little while sipping coffee and listening to Disney tunes, and then usually watching football or golf for a bit before visiting some extended family…but today we’re having the extended family come to up while carving pumpkins!

Nice way to spend the day. I tried BJJ once and wish I stuck with it. I did Krav Maga for a couple years and was in the best shape of my life.
