What is the hot-stamped "Casino Flamingo"? Don't think I've never seen that mold

They appear to be "Flowers" mold, MD-72, according to Eisenstadt's mold design index. I can't recall seeing any of these in the wild, either.

Russ, Those will work together there should be no confusing denoms with each other. Ideal no but still functional imo.

I'm just going to sell the $5 chips and try and get some HHR's to go with the rest.

Always wanted a nice HHR Set, but for some reason, just got serious about it.
