Very simple! All you have to do is send a courteous request to the owner, mentioning the object of your interest, perhaps by making an offer.

@CABRON JAMES The first thing to remember when caught staring at someone else's chips is not to get caught staring too long. "Chip envy" is a real problem that can lead to a whole host of side effects which can ultimately lead to your 'future self' looking at a cracked mirror stared down by the disheveled shell of the man you used to be before you clicked that envelope icon...

Now I know how to access the pm and create a message but where’s the “send” button. Lol! How do you actually send the message?
