You are correct, it's a local auction house in Pahrump, NV which is where Rich lived. They are not doing themselves or Rich's family any favors the way they chose to list everything. But I guess in fairness, Rich did have a massive collection and I'm fairly sure that what is in the three links above is just the tip of the iceberg...
