order the blanks you need online on one of the many sites selling them. then you will need to get labels made. They are a few vendors on the forum that can assist

Plenty of people in the forums that do custom artwork at a very reasonable price. @TheOffalo is my guy.

If you want labels done very impressively, inexpensively, and with a 5-7 day turnaround, then Sticker Mule is who you want to work with.

Talk to a chipper that has used them to get the very simple verbiage down.

Customs is where it’s at for me.

I realize this was an old thread, but I too am interested in ordering Milano blanks and doing the custom labels. Can you point me to sellers for the blanks? Thanks.
