I am at a loss as to how to add more than 1 chip to a set? Each time I try to save a set it simply overwrites the existing single chip in that set - what entirely obvious process am I clearly missing?!

No problem, it can be annoying.

Click the chip, save as a chip, rinse repeat till you're happy enough to spend thousands.

Click chip, click save as new. If you click save as #N it'll replace whatever chip is in that position.

I didn’t know how to do that until I saw this thread. So much better being able to see the whole set!
