These appear to be the MD-46 or Rectangles mold and MD-44 or Hub mold as shown on: http://www.antiquegamblingchips.com/molddesign_geometric.htm

Anything else known about the history of these, or approx value?

Antique mold clays probably a personal set with Someone’s initials.

They are solids so not worth all that much. Maybe .25 a chip or something like that.

Value 0.25-0.50 each is typical, depending on condition, colours/spots, etc.
