Thanks everyone. Great set for sure and highly recommended for the chipper looking for their grail leaded paulson set. You won't see this large of a set on the market that long.

I just need 50 more $100's and buying this would be a huge overkill for me.

The $1 chip is undoubtedly one of the nicest blue chips ever produced for any of the old leaded fantasy lines, and just might be the nicest fantasy chip they ever produced back then, period.

And three racks of 'em, all in one place, is almost unheard of.

Has anyone done a relabel on these? I have some mint $500 and $1000 but I don't want to experiment.
I'm mostly interested if milling is required or if they come off cleanly using the exacto X method.

You could likely use an unlaminated label on top of the existing inlay, which would be the least cost/amount of work. You’d also keep the chip itself intact.

If you want to replace the inlay, and use a (nicer) laminated label and get a more authentic looking final product, you’d have to remove the inlay. That is a lot more time consuming. The inlays don’t just pop out like they do on ASM/CPC chips.

They also can’t really be readily milled (that’s more for hotstamps), so your main options are label over or inlay replace.

Putting labels on these Paulson Home chips is easy. I did it on my VLV set to make the blue $10 chips into $.25 chips. PLEASE don’t mill these chips!!!! That really makes me sad when the chips get marred that way!
