Identifying Chips From a Video - Bud Jones? Matsui? Something Else? (1 Viewer)

I stumbled across this video on YouTube of someone shuffling what looks like a stack of tournament chips at Canterbury Park

I’m pretty sure Canterbury Park normally carries Bud Jones chips. Wondering if these are as well, although they kinda look like they could be Matsui. Maybe something else? What do you guys think? Either way, a little bummed they’re not harvestable being tourney chips
