Found Inexpensive cash set for 1/2 (1 Viewer)

I'm posting this for a friend who is looking to try and pick up something inexpensive to replace his dice chips.

He would be hosting 1/2, a breakdown in the neighborhood off 200/600/100/100 would be ideal.

To be honest, I'm really just not sure what's out there in terms of decent injected molded chips and/or decent china clay at the moment.

Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!

Yeah, something tucked away and in a closet, forgotten about, and that has very little resale value on the used market

I’ll check with him, but I have a feeling he’s thinking more along the lines of Milanos/Majestics than non-denom solids.

Don’t get me wrong, I’d take the solid THC over china clay any day of the week. In fact I thought about offering to sell him my solid, leaded “cash” GC-Biloxi set. But between the cost (even at a healthy friend discount) and the lack of denoms/spots, I think it’s a no-go.

I have some Chipcos I’m going to be selling soon for $.40/chip. They’re super cool because they are on an older Chipco blank where the chips can stand on their edges (flat edges similar to most clay composite chips). Most Chipcos have rounded edges so this isn’t possible. They’re from the Regency Casino in the 80s

I found these on LetGo awhile back. Never used 500 Monaco Casino chips. Decent upgrade over dice chips and you can add on to suit your exact needs easily. Just pay shipping. I can send a barrel first if he wants to check them out too.
