I've seen many listings from this seller recently and wonder if he/she is on PCF. Seems to have some cool chips.
I didn't have the best of experiences with that seller. We tried to strike an deal on a failed eBay auction and did agree on price + shipping but the seller refused to accept anything but friends and family paypal, full payment before shipping. I offered several other options at my expense where the buyer would have some recourse but he refused each of them. That set off all sorts of alarms and I dropped the matter.
Could be he is not very experienced, could be trouble waiting to happen. Maybe even a language problem. In any case, it seems best to keep a sharp eye out.

Personally I'd have a problem with thatI've had no direct dealing with him, but he uses my photos for his $25 PNYs on eBay. I have no problem with that as long as he ships out real chips.

So does eBay gives sellers better protection than PayPal?I've bought several chips from him too. FWIW, I wouldn't accept anything other than a Friends & Family payment for an under the table eBay deal either. It's just WAAAAYYYYYYY too easy to get scammed by people going straight through PayPal. I've been scammed at least a dozen times over the course of the last 10+ years selling on eBay. All they have to do is complain about their purchase, and PayPal won't even make them return the item. They'll just take the money from you and let the buyer keep the chips. It's complete bullshit, and it happens ALL THE TIME. There are website forums dedicated to people complaining about it with many thousands of forum members. PayPal direct is just begging to get scammed.
