Those look very nice.

The best way to tell from pics is to get a close up of the edges. Similar to your 3rd pic, but if possible a little more of a close up so you can really see what is going on. I just took the pic below for someone else so this is just showing what I am talking about. The chips in my pic are brand new/never felted chips.

To me, I am looking for something different if I am collecting on a singles basis or looking for a set of chips to be put into play. Since we are here at PCF where the emphasis is sets for putting into play I would say that the perfect chips for putting into play have had some use already so the edges are ever so slightly rounded. Brand new (compression molded clay) chips have a very sharp edge almost like a little burr on them. That little burr makes handling the chips a little annoying or maybe just a little more difficult than what would be ideal. That burr will go away with some normal use and then they will remain fantastic to play with for probably thousands of sessions. Eventually the edges will become rounded and the crosshatching on the face of the chips will be less visible. After a lot more use the chip fall into the bicycle tires category. Since the chips you are showing are fantasy chips it is 100% certain that they have never been used in a casino setting where they get used every day and used a lot so even without pics I would say they are most likely in excellent shape. Your pics confirm that they are in excellent shape. Maybe not mint/never used, but excellent condition surely.

Thanks for the info! It's greatly appreciated.

They look to be in Excellent condition that seem some usage, more usage with the $1 & $5.

$1 - $25 are generally $3 ^ range & $100 - $1k are generally $4 ^ range
