Selling Barrels (20 chips) of JACK Detroit secondary $5K Chips. These chips we purchased "new" from the Chip Room and have only been played 4 times. In fact most of them have never been played - considering that they only come out as needed towards the end of our tournament. Sharp edges - clean chips.... I have 114 of these that I am willing to sell...

Asking - $640 a barrel - plus $11 shipping. If you want the shipment insured - the cost is an additional $7. If you want the a whole rack - price is $3,000 - shipped USA. If you buy the rack - will include the plastic rack that fits these chips..... Also willing to sell individual ones....

Where was the tag on the JD $5s for $2/chip???

Only kidding :)

Thanks for the tag here, but my tourney set is already good to go. GLWS! These are amazing chips.
Yes - as a wise man once said ---- "even a carpenter hits his finger from time to time" I didn't spend much time looking at recent sales - no worries.

Someone out there must want some of these great chips.... I am open to selling smaller quantities - or make me an offer if you think the price is too high...

Nice offering! These were nowhere to be found when I was building my JD set. All I could cobble together was 15 before I gave up.

Today is packing day.....Buy these today and they will be packed and shipped tomorrow AM...I'll even include the oversized plastic rack to hold these great chips...and a free rack of Detroit $1 chips ....

Are the 1k and 5k so expensive because there were so few made it just because they are high denomination? Like the fracs are expensive because there are so few of them. Why the high denominations? How many did they make?

GLWS!!
IIRC….

There were only 2500 and 1000 of each edition, respectively available, at onset of sale back in March 2019.

I know the cost is insane…

But…

These could be amazeball Bounty chips for an AST set. I once had a barrel, and the ASTs, but I was a fool and sold all the goods! Still a good idea, but expensive AF, but it would be cool to hand out 43mm spot matched Bounties!

Haha, exactly my train of thought, but for another application.

I'd like to turn them into $500s in my relabel project, now that I've found some AS $20s as $100s.

Those chips were definitely made to be added to the AST ones.
