That's the plan if there are none sitting out there collecting dust. 
The classified section looks like there's a fair amount of trimming unused, or excess chips from collections.
Surely there is someone who has some racks of these not seeing the table in a while?

The $1s should be the easiest as they are only $1 each new!!
Pretty sure that White $1's are same price new as the other denoms and Blue $1's are available at face value and redeemable for same. At least that was my understanding from Dennis's web site.
My set that I am adding onto has white $1's.
I think the blue $1's with the red $5's are too dark together.
From the Key West web site:
Our traditional white chip with gold 312 spots was one of our original denominations,
