I have 300x Monte Carlo 1s which are relabelled as 25c. I also have the rack of Stardust 5s which are relablled from T100 tourney chips. Let me know if you are interested. These are both house molds so would work best with a house mold mixed set.

It might be easier for you to track down Caesars small inlay chips. 90+% of chips in circulation are small inlay now. Just talking about the 1$ chips.

I like the Stardust 5s, but I won't need 1 full rack. I might be interested in 3 barrels only. And I am not willing to pay more than $2 per chip. Sorry.

You are based in Germany right? IMO it is kind of a shame to break up the rack. My preference is always to keep racks together whether I am buying or selling. I am fine with $200 USD for the rack plus shipping.
