i love these chips. But I haven’t hosted a tournament since I’ve owned these, and I have a hard time filling a single table for a cash game, so they’re not likely to get used.
The pictures show how pretty these are, and how good their condition is. These are compressed clay chips from the Blue Chip Clay company on the Sun mold, before it was swallowed by GPI. Suffice it to say, they’ll never make any more of these.
There’s enough chips here for 25 8/8/x/x/x stacks or 16 12/12/x/x/x stacks. It’s a little light on 1K’s, but it’s heavy on 5K’s, so you can do a lot with it.
Cases not included

200 x t25
200 x t100
110 x t500
105 x t1000
80 x t5000

Purdy. I have a set of these, and actually have been using them more often than my Paulson sets. There's just something about them I really love.

To give you an idea, my tourney sets I'm passing over are: Paulson GCR, Grand Casino Gulfport, Paulson Fun Nite, CPC Atlantic Clubs.

So yeah, these get my seal of approval. Buy them, you know you want them.:p

That's an effin clean looking set. Very beautiful. And I love hotstamps on BCC to really bring out their rich colors.

I have gone through periods where I had trouble running my game as well. Then I realized the key is just to invite new players. Usually every new invite also has a friend that may come. Then the stinky old ones will get jealous and also want to show.

So GLWS, but maybe think twice, don't sell and get some fresh blood to reignite your games.

My game is in its infancy. Hopefully as time progresses, I’ll have a solid full table every week. I have no interest in filling a second table for cash games - my space isn’t that big, I don’t have that much parking, and frankly, I don’t see the point for a cash game. I’m not taking a rake, so if you can’t socialize with the folks at the other table, why bother?
But I digress. If these sell and I get the itch to host a tourney, I’ll probably just replace them with something that’s available; maybe something cheaper.

These are awesome chips! I've had as many as 3000 of these at one time since they were produced. Great price too - Good Luck but no way should you need it.

I’ve had an inquiry (and others in the past) about selling off some of the 5ks.
I’m open to splits if all chips are accounted for, but for now I’m gonna leave these as is, to see if somebody wants the whole shebang.

I'd really like to add to my BCC Fun Nite set, so I can do 3 to 4 tables or do higher starting stacks.
But I blew my load prematurely, as usual.

Every time I have $500-$700 in my chip fund, I blow it, and then chips I really want become available.

I have a feeling this must sound familiar to all of you though, lol.

Here’s some closeups with a flash, with the chips jammed into racks tightly, to show any warping issues. Somebody asked about it, so I think this is the best explanation.
Any color variation you see in the greens, blacks and purples are due to some of them being oiled more recently than others. As they dry, they lighten a bit over 6-12 months.) Oil them all at the same time and they’ll all look identical.
There seems to be some variation with the oranges. Much more noticible with the flash pictures than to the naked eye.
There’s color variation in the yellows because there are actually two different colors - one is more canary, one is more yellow. I absolutely lack the patience to try to separate them.
As far as warping goes, judge for yourself by the pictures. I feel comfortable saying that a small percentage of oranges and yellows are warped, but the rest of the chips are either close enough or (especially the greens and blacks) dead on perfect.

Now $575.

There's got to be a price for these where I'd rather buy than sell. It feels pretty close to right here. Maybe it's 574.

Stop tempting me! I'd have to mill and relabel these into zombies, and process puts this just out budget (plus it would end an irreplaceable chip).

Really nice looking chips, and a realllly tempting price.

Thankfully, knowing what shipping to Switzerland along with duty will run me tempers my "snap buy" trigger finger... Someone stateside should be all over these!

I listed these because I was eyeballing a different tournament set, and I have no excuse for owning two tournament sets. Those other chips are only available until 4/20, so if these don’t sell in the next 5 days, I’m keeping them.
