Found Looking for a Frac to fit my low budget mixed cash set (1 Viewer)

Guys - I am relatively new and trying to piece together a small mixed cash set. I have intentionally sought out well worn chips to keep costs down. While the two chips I am building my set around are THC (see below - eldorado club 1s and Empress Primary 5s), I would be open to RHC, BCC, or any other decent clay chip that you guys might suggest. I know it is somewhat blasphemous to many to mix all that together, but I am starting with my sights low for now.

My group is mostly friends and family so our games tend to be small stakes, so a 25c chip is an important component to the cash set. I know fracs can be hard to source, so I am looking to you guys to see if there is anything out there that would fit.

Requirements:

• Clay, not ceramic
• 25c denomination (might also be open to non-denom paulson)
• Well used/worn to match the condition of the other chip denoms I already have (and to keep costs down)
• Color: Just not Blue or Red (light blue would be ok. Pink is first choice)
• Reasonably available that I can buy/put together 2 racks
• Less than $1 a chip

Do these exist?

Under a $1 a chip will be tough with the parameters you set, $1-$2 per chip likely the low end of what you’ll find. Good luck in your search!

I perhaps should have increased my top end somewhat. I just wanted to start the search for something relatively unloved if around. I just wanted to express that I am not looking to pay $2-$4 a chip for some of the beautiful fracs out there. The pink hotstamped PNY chips would be the dream, but not destined for my modest set I am going for.

There might be some el Dorado fracs (50c) out there around a buck....maybe some lucky derby relabelled as horseshoe. Check Apaches sub forum. But that's about your only option for clay fracs under $150 a rack

Starburst or just some sort of solid chip that @allforcharity has would be a good start as others have suggested. Also relabels could be cheap. You could even get some cheap chips and merely cut out the label and use it as a solid. And get a label later on. Real cheap.

Yes, I've got lots of THC solids. Unfortunately, no Pink. I have Fuchsia, which is close to Pink BUT would not necessarily recommend them to be used with those fives. Simplest and best solid to go with your progression is a simple White, or Chocolate, or Colon Orange (more like a Café Latte colour). I can do 2 racks for $130+shipping in the "Fair" condition you need to match the other chips (I think they are in slightly better shape than the average El Dorado that I've seen).

@Potsie1 and @Kensco have had success with using an unlaminated aftermarket sticker right on top of a worn hot stamp without producing many spinners. I have not done this myself so I can only speak to their experience and what they have told me. @Gear does not recommend it. So there are opinions on both sides.
